Booking Appointment at Farnham Road Surgery & Weekes Drive Surgery

Routine Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, on the MyGP App, by telephone or in-person at the Reception desk.

We offer pre-bookable appointments with a GP (including telephone consultations) which are made available 2-3 weeks in advance, or one the day appointments which are released at 8 am on the day.

We also offer other options such as a telephone and face to face consultations with our multidisciplinary team which includes Physician’s Associates, Nurses and Clinical Pharmacists.

Urgent Appointments

If you need to see a doctor on an urgent basis we offer an urgent on the day telephone appointment with a doctor who will call you and offer advice.

If they feel you need to be seen they will book you an appointment in the Urgent Care Clinic (UCC). Please note you will be seen by one of the members of the UCC Team which can be one of a GP, GP Registrar, Nurse, Physician’s Associate, Clinical Pharmacist or Paramedic.

All Children <2 years old who are unwell will be booked straight into the UCC Clinic

Extended Hours

We offer late appointments on weekdays between 6.30pm – 8.00pm.

These are bookable on the day only and are released at 8 am. Please note these appointments are held at Farnham Road Surgery. However, patients registered at Weekes Drive Surgery can also book into them.  

Online Access

If you would like to book your appointments online you will need to register for this service. Please speak to one of our reception team who will guide you through the process for this.

MyGP App

You can download the MyGP App on your smartphone and register to be able to book appointments through the app.

Cancelling appointments

To cancel an appointment you can telephone the surgery on 01753 520917 (option 5) or e-mail us at areminder@nhs.net.

You will need to provide your full name, date of birth and appointment details.
