Weekes Drive Surgery

We have some appointments available to book up to four weeks in advance.

These appointments can be booked on-line with your Usual GP.

We release appointments daily at 8am.

We offer other options such as a telephone consultation with your usual GP.

If you need to see a doctor on an urgent basis we do have a telephone triage doctor who will call you and offer advice. If however, they feel you need to be seen by a doctor they will book you an appointment with either another doctor or with themselves.

We offer late appointments on weekdays between 6.30pm – 8.00pm, these are bookable on the day from 8am – these are at Farnham Road Surgery only, however Weekes Drive Surgery patients can book into them.

We are open at the weekend between 9am – 1pm, these appointments are bookable in advance – these are at Farnham Road Surgery only, however Weekes Drive Surgery patients can book into them.

We also offer Nurse appointments which are available to book both in advance and on the day.

If you would like to book your appointments on line you will need to register for this service. Please speak to one of our reception team who will guide you through the process for this.

Cancelling Appointments

To cancel an appointment you can either telephone the surgery on 01753 693567 or you can send an e-mail to

You will need to provide your full name, date of birth and appointment details.

Every month patients fail to turn up for their appointment without cancelling in advance. This puts enormous pressure on the availability of appointments for other patients and is the biggest reason why appointments can be hard to book. If you let us know as soon as possible you can't attend your appointment, we can then make it available for another patient. Patients who consistently fail to attend for booked appointments without cancelling them in advance will be asked to register with another Practice.

Please read our Non-Attendance Policy
