23rd March 2020: Important Patients notice COVID19
To ensure continuity of availability of medication to those who need it most, we are adopting the following protocol in our practice. Inhalers and Paracetamol only to be issued where there is a clinical indication. Only one inhaler will be issued at a time. We recommend paracetamol is purchased from pharmacies. Repeat prescription requests for early or extra medication will not be accepted. Please continue to order your medication only when it is due and order online. Please register to receive prescriptions electronically. Thank you.
These may be obtained by personal request, email, post (s.a.e. should be provided if you wish this to be returned by post) and will be available 4 working days following the request (not counting the day of submission).
Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page.
Prescriptions may be collected by your local pharmacy with prior arrangement.
Telephone requests are not accepted because of the potential for error.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
