Self Care Programme

As part of NHS national initiatives, we have set out our “ Self -Care” programme via our Primary Care Network. The core aim of this programme is to encourage people to embrace Self-Care for life. Whether it is about self-treatable conditions, long-term conditions, or lifestyle choices to ensure the better physical health and mental well-being, this programme will help to raise awareness and will improve people’s understanding of their health management.
