It’s easy to cancel your appointment. We know things change and you might need to cancel or book another time.
When is your appointment?
- You might have a text message with the details.
- It will be in your NHS App if you have it.
- You can also cancel appointments in the NHS App.
Need to book for another time?
If you need to book for another time, please call us on 01753 520 917 and speak to one of us.
Don’t need to rebook?
If your appointment is today, please call us on 01753 520 917 (8 am to 6:30 pm).
If it’s tomorrow or the next working day (less than two working days away), please call and either speak to us (8 am to 6:30 pm).
If it’s more than two working days until your appointment, you can cancel it by:
- Replying CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message.
- Using your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App).
- Phoning us on 01753 520 917, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6:30 pm.
- Filling out the cancellation form below.
