We have had Clinical Pharmacists working in the Practice since 2015.
Clinical Pharmacists are qualified healthcare professionals. They train for many years about medicines and how they work. Most of our Clinical Pharmacists can prescribe medicines independently. They also check long-term health conditions and medicines.
Our Clinical Pharmacists see patients for many things. This includes minor illness, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol and asthma.
Our Clinical Pharmacists work with our doctors and other staff. They can ask GPs for help when needed. This helps us give you the best care.
