The Patient Participation Group lets patients give ideas and suggestions to help the surgery.
- It is run by people who give their time.
- They speak for the patients to the surgery.
- They help with things like the newsletter and health talks.
What does the PPG do?
- Helps patients learn more about the surgery and its staff.
- Gives patients the latest news about the surgery.
- Tells the surgery what patients think and need.
- It helps patients and staff talk to each other better.
Why does the PPG matter?
- Building good relationships:
- We help patients and the surgery work well together. We share patient stories and ideas to make things better for everyone.
- Raising awareness:
- We help people learn about health campaigns and new ideas that help the community.
- Support networks:
- We try to build good links between patients and the surgery to help each other.
