Teaching Practice

We are a training practice approved for the postgraduate training of doctors in general practice. We value our role in the education of the next generation of GPs.

GP Registrars are fully qualified doctors who have hospital experience and some have also worked in general practice.

They see patients jointly with our GPs and on their own.

As part of their training, they must video some consultations but will ask for your consent before they do. If the Registrar is videoing sessions, we will tell you in advance and will ask you to sign a consent form if you agree to be recorded. You don’t have to agree to your consultation with the doctor being recorded.

If you prefer to not have the consultation recorded, please tell Reception. This isn’t a problem and won’t affect your consultation in any way.

  • You have the right to decline being videotaped.
